Graduate Trainee / Associate Analyst (Freshers) – Local Nationals

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated Emirati graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees / Associate Analysts. The role provides a structured learning path in IT, application support, healthcare IT, operations, and business support functions, with hands‑on exposure to business‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Learn organizational processes, applications and support procedures.
• Provide operational and application support to end users and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical and functional issues and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in continuous learning programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Dental, medical fields or related disciplines (2025/2026 graduates preferred).
• Consistent academic performance with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Eligibility limited to local nationals (Emirati) with required documentation.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of computers, operating systems and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
