About the role
Agoda is seeking a Front‑End Engineering Manager to lead a talented team building cutting‑edge web applications. The role is based in Bangkok with relocation support and focuses on delivering high‑quality, scalable front‑end solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers working with Typescript, React and Redux.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver user‑centric features.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues and optimise performance.
- Stay current with front‑end trends and drive innovation within the team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in front‑end development using Typescript, React and Redux.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
