Front Office Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Front Office Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. Your role is to ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while delivering the signature warmth and hospitality that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and direct guests in the lobby, handling both regular and VIP arrivals.
• Serve as the main liaison between guests and hotel departments, briefing teams on guest requirements.
• Collect verbal feedback, respond to guest queries promptly, and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Promote hotel facilities, identify upselling opportunities, and offer Hilton Honors membership where appropriate.
• Manage telephone and operator duties, complete shift handovers, and maintain accurate records.
• Support other departments (security, housekeeping, engineering, F&B) when needed and report maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle guest feedback and complaints.
• Good knowledge of hotel facilities and services, with a proactive approach to upselling.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
