Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton Al Wadi, you will help create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This full‑time, on‑site position involves a hands‑on approach to housekeeping, ensuring every public space and guest room reflects the brand’s luxury reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to the Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and delivering amenities.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality, safety, and presentation.
• Handle and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance, following safe work practices.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain inventory and report maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies and uphold quality standards.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lb.
