About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Agent to join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles The Palm Dubai. The role is the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized arrival and departure experience. You will work under the supervision of the Front Office Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

Register and room all guest arrivals following established procedures.
Perform check‑in, check‑out and room change processes, entering accurate data into the hotel system.
Maintain the cashier float and ensure accurate daily accounting.
Handle foreign exchange transactions and respond to guest inquiries.
Provide courteous assistance to guests throughout their stay, anticipating needs and delivering service in line with Raffles standards.

Required profile

Professional appearance and attitude.
Attentive, proactive and able to anticipate guest needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
