Front Office Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the front desk team at One&Only One Za'abeel, a new luxury resort in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests, delivering warm, personalized service that reflects the brand’s promise of joy.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, register them in the system, assign rooms and verify payment methods.
• Process cashier transactions, post charges, and handle foreign‑currency exchange according to established procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest preferences, rates, and special requests are accurately recorded.
• Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and special requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles in systems such as Opera PMS, ALICE, and SAGA.
• Communicate guest needs via phone, company smartphones, and messaging tools.
• Address guest incidents promptly, aiming to exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of front‑office or hospitality experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
