About the role
We are seeking Front Office Agents, Butlers, and Guest Relations Agents to join the team at one of Dubai's most prestigious five‑star beachfront resorts.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and act as a key point of contact throughout their stay, handling enquiries and requests with care and efficiency.
- Deliver personalised, anticipatory service by getting to know guest preferences and making every interaction feel effortless.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with empathy and discretion, resolving them promptly.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a smooth stay for guests.
- Maintain a consistently high level of guest service in line with ultra‑luxury hotel standards.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience within a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional languages are a strong advantage.
