Front Office Greeter – Resort Tower

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Front Office Greeter for its upcoming Resort Tower. The role involves welcoming guests, providing information about the resort, and ensuring a seamless arrival experience in line with Forbes Five‑Star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to the front desk or designated check‑in area.
• Coordinate luggage handling and assist with basic resort information.
• Work closely with bell staff, concierge, and front‑desk teams to manage guest flow, especially during peak times.
• Support VIP and special‑guest arrivals with personalized attention.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming entrance and lobby area.
• Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or other customer‑facing roles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest etiquette.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
