About the role

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Personal Concierge Agent you’ll assist guests with special requests, deliver memorable experiences and ensure every stay is warm and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Meet, greet and direct guests in the lobby.
• Serve as main contact for regular and VIP guests, briefing hotel departments on their needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Collect guest feedback, respond to queries promptly and resolve complaints.
• Assist long‑stay guests to ensure comfortable, memorable stays.
• Promote hotel facilities, identify up‑selling opportunities and explain services.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain amenities and complete daily administration tasks.
• Liaise with security, housekeeping, engineering, F&B and other departments to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Patience, tact and diplomacy to handle angry guests and gather accurate information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for overall guest satisfaction.
• Strong numerical comprehension for hotel operations.
• Ability to use a moderately complex computer system accurately.
• Fluent in English – reading, writing and speaking.
• Capability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations during busy periods.
