About the role
We are looking for energetic and guest‑focused hospitality talents to join the Front Office team of a vibrant lifestyle hotel. The role covers positions such as Junior Guest Service Agent, Guest Service Agent and Front Office Supervisor, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and inquiries.
- Support the Front Office team in delivering seamless service throughout the stay.
