Frontend Developer

About the role

PCS Gulf is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to design and build advanced, scalable web applications. The role focuses on delivering responsive, high‑performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and Azure cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery/Bootstrap, and JSON.
• Implement complex UI components using React (with Redux) and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate frontend code with backend services via REST, JSON, and XML APIs.
• Design, build, and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write unit tests to ensure robustness, handle edge cases, and maintain code quality.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and review code contributions.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proven ability to consume REST APIs and build responsive web applications.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and version control.
• Familiarity with eCommerce integrations, including headless architectures.
