Full Stack Engineer

About the role

GuestGreet.ai is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the web and mobile platforms that power its AI voice assistant for luxury hotels. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components, integrate with hospitality systems, and ensure the solution is performant, scalable, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and LLM‑powered products, including voice assistants and automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain company websites, web platforms, and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Take projects from concept to launch, owning the full stack throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS.
• Build RESTful APIs, micro‑services, and integrate with third‑party hospitality systems.
• Write clean, testable code, conduct code reviews, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with product, AI/ML, and hospitality operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, deployment pipelines, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in full‑stack development and production‑grade web applications.
• Proficiency in front‑end development with modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS for responsive, accessible UI.
• Experience in back‑end development, RESTful APIs, micro‑services, databases, and application frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices: Git, testing, code review, CI/CD.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced startup, taking ownership and collaborating across functions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and professional communication in English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
