Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications and the Node.js services that power them. Working in an Agile delivery team, you will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and QA to turn requirements into secure, performant features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible UI components using ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern patterns (hooks, context, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query).
• Translate Figma designs into pixel‑perfect, reusable components that follow our design system and accessibility standards.
• Implement RTL layouts, localisation, and locale‑aware formatting for bilingual interfaces.
• Optimize front‑end performance, including bundle size, code‑splitting, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals.
• Build real‑time interfaces using WebSockets or server‑sent events.
• Design, build, and maintain Node.js services and APIs with Express, NestJS or Fastify.
• Define and document RESTful and GraphQL APIs with proper versioning, error handling, pagination, and validation.
• Integrate with internal and third‑party systems, message queues, and streaming data sources.
• Model and query relational and NoSQL databases, write efficient queries, indexes, and migrations.
• Apply secure coding practices aligned with OWASP Top 10, including authentication and authorisation.
• Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress) and keep the build green.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, containerised builds, and deployment automation.
• Provide production support, monitor incidents, and produce clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with fintech, trading, or capital‑markets domains is a strong advantage.
• Commitment to writing clean, well‑tested, and maintainable code.
