Project Expert

About the role

Ounass is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to drive its digital projects. The role is fully remote from Turkey and will work closely with delivery teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure agile excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an Agile coach, mentoring engineering teams on best practices and fostering a self‑organising, high‑performing culture.
• Guide teams in writing, splitting, and sizing sprint items for maximum efficiency.
• Identify and resolve impediments, dependencies, and risks proactively.
• Lead retrospectives and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide clear progress updates through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent).
• 8‑10 years of project management and Agile execution experience, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master leading teams of 10+ members.
• Strong background in technology and software development lifecycle.
• Experience delivering complex digital projects in fast‑paced environments; e‑commerce experience is a plus.
