Full‑stack Engineer AI‑native

About the role

Qashio is looking for a Full‑stack Engineer who will own end‑to‑end features on its corporate card and spend‑management platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will work in an AI‑native environment, using agentic coding tools to deliver AI‑powered capabilities while ensuring safety and compliance in a regulated financial setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain full‑stack features from React/Next.js front‑ends to Node.js/NestJS services, APIs and data models.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and integrations with card‑issuing, banking, ERP and accounting systems.
• Translate product and business requirements into technical designs and communicate trade‑offs to stakeholders.
• Write clean, well‑documented, tested code and keep changes small for proper review.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, troubleshoot production issues and respond to incidents.
• Ensure all shipped code meets security, privacy and compliance standards, especially around authentication, authorisation, payment flows and PII.
• Contribute to improving development processes, tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or equivalents) to decompose work, generate code drafts, and verify outputs before production.

Required profile

• Strong judgment for safely shipping AI‑assisted code in a financial environment.
• Ability to work quickly while rigorously validating model‑generated outputs.
• Experience with on‑call duties and incident response.
• Commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date architecture documentation and AI tooling context.
