Furniture Cleaning Team Leader

About the role

Homezy Services is seeking an experienced Furniture Cleaning Team Leader to oversee daily cleaning operations in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on cleaning of upholstered items with supervision of a small team, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the furniture cleaning team on a daily basis.
• Plan and allocate cleaning jobs according to schedules and workload.
• Perform and oversee professional cleaning of sofas, carpets, mattresses, chairs, curtains, and other upholstered furniture.
• Inspect completed work to guarantee quality before hand‑over to customers.
• Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and chemical usage.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals safely.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and overall performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and handle basic complaints.
• Report damaged furniture, equipment issues, or customer concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Required profile

• Previous experience in furniture, upholstery, sofa, carpet, or deep‑cleaning services.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of different furniture fabrics and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning work.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
