FX Sales Conversion Agent – Thai Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Thai‑speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to join a fast‑growing forex and CFD brokerage in Dubai. The role focuses on turning high‑quality leads into active traders while delivering a premium client experience throughout the onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s forex and CFD products to prospective clients.
• Convert qualified leads into active trading accounts using consultative sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive future sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay informed on market developments, trading products, and industry trends.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Thai (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in the forex or CFD industry.
• Background in conversion or retention sales within forex/CFD.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with trading platforms.
