FX Sales Trainee – German Speaking (Dubai)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing FX trading firm in Dubai as a German‑speaking Sales Trainee. You will be responsible for converting leads into active traders, building lasting client relationships, and supporting the onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality customer experience.
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey.
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1 level).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in finance, FX, or high‑performance environments.
• Target‑driven, ambitious, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
• Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion roles.
