Sales Manager – Heat Exchanger Business (Middle East)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Heat Exchanger (HEX) business across the Middle East, based in Dubai. The role focuses on capturing aftermarket opportunities and expanding original equipment sales, while executing a multi‑channel go‑to‑market strategy with OEMs, system integrators and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed Annual Operating Plan targets for the Middle East region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for both original equipment and aftermarket segments of APV Plate Heat Exchangers.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, HVAC and EPC.
• Manage and grow the installed base through proactive aftermarket activities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, system integrators and channel partners, onboarding new partners as needed.
• Lead negotiations in line with company pricing and margin policies and ensure accurate CRM pipeline reporting.
• Plan and execute promotional activities including exhibitions, seminars and campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial sales experience, preferably in the Middle East region.
• Background in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, fertilizers, HVAC, EPC or OEM markets.
• Proven ability to develop and manage channel partners effectively.
• Strong understanding of regional business culture and dynamics.

Required skills

• Knowledge of plate heat exchangers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
