Gas Turbine Cleanline Operator

About the role

Sulzer is seeking a Gas Turbine Cleanline Operator to join its Abu Dhabi facility. The role involves cleaning and processing rotating equipment such as aeroderivative gas turbines, pumps, compressors and steam turbines, supporting the company’s commitment to quality, safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning of rotating equipment components, including gas turbines, pumps, compressors and steam turbines.
• Processing components in various chemical tanks.
• Grit and vapour blasting of components.
• Hand cleaning of various components.
• Operation of a ball burnishing machine.
• Identifying and supporting improvements to quality standards within the department.
• Ensuring personal and team health and safety in accordance with company policies.

Required profile

• No formal qualifications required; full training will be provided.
• Preference given to candidates with prior clean‑line or workshop experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical instructions.
• Flexible, team‑player attitude with the capability to work independently.
