General Accountant (Walk-In)

About the role

We are looking for a General Accountant to join our retail and beverage trading team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling daily bookkeeping, data entry and financial reporting using cloud‑based accounting tools. You will work on‑site during store operating hours and support the financial operations of the Tonic Bottle Store group.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily accounting transactions and maintain financial ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Track inventory purchases, supplier invoices and store sales records.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare end‑of‑day cash summaries and sales receipts.
• Generate routine financial reports for management review.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in a liquor/beverage business environment.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; Punjabi is a plus.
• Mid‑level experience in accounting or finance.
• Ability to work on‑site during store hours (9 AM – 10 PM).
