General Manager – Beachfront Restaurant

About the role

Join La Petite Maison as the General Manager of a new beachfront destination in Dubai, delivering the brand’s signature French‑Mediterranean hospitality in a stunning waterfront setting. You will be responsible for leading the entire operation, driving financial performance, and ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the whole operation across every space of the beachfront venue.
• Own revenue, budgets and P&L.
• Build, lead and inspire a large team.
• Protect and elevate the LPM brand.
• Partner with culinary and bar leadership.
• Drive covers, VIP experiences and standout hospitality.
• Maintain strict standards, safety and compliance.

Required profile

• 8–10 years in luxury hospitality with senior leadership experience.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial results.
• Strong, people‑first leadership style.
• Deep knowledge of premium French‑Mediterranean dining.
• Hands‑on and charismatic – comfortable on the floor and in strategy.
• Hospitality degree; pre‑opening experience is a plus.
