General Manager – Health & Longevity Platform

About the role

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial General Manager to lead 200 Health through its next stage of growth. The role operates as a business owner with end‑to‑end accountability for strategy, commercial growth, operations, partnerships, customer experience, product execution, team building and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, execution, growth and P&L of 200 Health.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans covering revenue, customer acquisition, retention, operations and profitability.
• Build a scalable consumer health and longevity business across the UAE and lay the foundation for expansion into new markets.
• Define and optimise the commercial model, pricing, packaging, memberships and revenue streams.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue across B2C, corporate wellness, memberships, partnerships and other channels.
• Identify new product and service opportunities based on customer demand, market insight and business performance.
• Own budgets, forecasts, unit economics, contribution margin and overall financial performance.
• Own the full customer journey from discovery and booking through blood collection, results, insights, recommendations and ongoing engagement.

Required profile

• Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to act as a business owner.
• Proven experience scaling fast‑moving health or consumer businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of P&L ownership.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear operating plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Data‑driven decision maker comfortable using dashboards and performance metrics.
