Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Dubai

About the role

A well‑established multispecialty hospital in Dubai is seeking a Consultant/Specialist Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering comprehensive women’s reproductive health services, from antenatal care to minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, within a JCI‑accredited environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full obstetric care including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal management for normal and high‑risk pregnancies.
• Perform vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections as clinically indicated.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecologic conditions such as hormonal disorders, menstrual abnormalities and infections.
• Conduct minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries.
• Offer family planning, contraception counselling and menopause management.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., American Board, MRCOG, FRCOG, Arab Board, etc.).
• Eligibility for DOH/DHA/MOH licensing in the UAE, with support provided for licence conversion.

Required skills

• Perform vaginal deliveries and caesarean sections.
• Perform minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecologic procedures.
