General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Buffalo Wings & Rings restaurant. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a high‑volume casual dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring SOPs, standards and service procedures are consistently applied.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness across FOH, BOH, kitchen, bar and support areas.
• Own sales and profitability targets, monitor P&L, control food, beverage and labor costs, and take corrective actions.
• Lead, motivate and develop the entire team, manage recruitment, onboarding, training and performance.
• Handle escalated guest complaints, monitor feedback and build relationships with regular guests and the local community.
• Ensure staff understand menu, promotions and brand standards; conduct regular training and briefings.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels and waste, and enforce cash, POS and inventory controls.
• Guarantee compliance with UAE/Dubai food safety, hygiene, licensing and HACCP standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of restaurant/F&B management experience, preferably in high‑volume casual dining.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Senior Restaurant Manager or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage a sizeable team and drive profitability.
• Strong understanding of P&L, food cost, labor cost and overall financial performance.
