General Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead and expand our real‑estate portfolio across the UAE. The role will oversee leasing, sales, and asset management while establishing a new in‑house brokerage unit.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end operations for leasing, sales and property management.
• Set up and scale a new brokerage unit, including licensing, team recruitment and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Drive leasing performance for retail malls, residential and office assets in Dubai.
• Own full P&L responsibility, targeting revenue growth, cost control and profitability.
• Develop and execute expansion plans, new asset acquisition and portfolio diversification.
• Build strategic relationships with landlords, developers, tenants, brokers and regulatory bodies (DLD, RERA).
• Lead, mentor and grow the real‑estate team to meet growth objectives.
• Report directly to Group leadership on performance and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 12+ years of real‑estate experience covering retail, residential and office leasing in Dubai.
• Proven experience setting up or running a brokerage operation with familiarity of RERA/DLD licensing.
• Strong track record of P&L ownership and commercial performance.
• Experience leading expansion and growth strategies within a real‑estate portfolio.
• Deep understanding of the UAE real‑estate market and regulatory landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business or related field; RERA certification preferred.
