General Practitioner (DHA Licensed) – Dubai

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a General Practitioner licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). The GP will deliver primary care services to a diverse patient population, ensuring high‑quality diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient consultations.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with DHA regulations.
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient education on preventive health measures.
• Participate in clinical training and continuous professional development activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree with recognized internship/residency in general practice or family medicine.
• Strong clinical foundation in primary care and ability to manage diverse patient presentations.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient‑centered approach.
• Commitment to ongoing training and mentorship of junior staff when needed.
