German Language Tutor

About the role

Masterminds Early Learning Center is looking for a warm, experienced German Language Tutor to provide one‑to‑one instruction to a 6‑year‑old student in Dubai. The tutor will create personalized, engaging and age‑appropriate lessons that develop confidence, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading and early writing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalized German lessons for a 6‑year‑old student.
• Assess and continuously monitor the child’s language level, progress and areas for development.
• Develop age‑appropriate vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading and early writing activities using stories, songs, games and creative tasks.
• Maintain a structured yet enjoyable learning environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Keep brief records of lesson content and communicate progress with parents or the school.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching German to children aged 5‑10.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in spoken German.
• Strong understanding of early childhood and primary‑age language development.
• Ability to assess a child’s current German ability and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Patient, warm, energetic and adaptable teaching style.

What we offer

• Hourly rate between AED 150 and AED 200.
• Immediate start date.
