Global Process Owner - Order to Cash

About the role

The Finance Global Process Owner - Order to Cash oversees the entire order-to-cash process on a global scale, covering accounts receivable, credit control, billing and collections for more than $2 billion in receivables. The role may be based in Amman, Cairo or Dubai, depending on the candidate's location and business needs. It leads the global O2C team with the Shared Service Centre and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global O2C team with the Shared Service Centre, supporting high performance across regions
• Oversee end-to-end O2C, including order management, invoicing, credit control and collections
• Develop strategies to optimise cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO)
• Ensure accurate, timely billing and invoicing in line with local and international regulations
• Monitor global accounts receivable, manage collections and minimise bad debt
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and other departments to resolve billing and payment issues
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with financial policies and international regulations
• Prepare regular reports on global O2C performance for senior management
• Own global O2C month-end closing and lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; Master's strongly preferred
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or CIMA required
• 10 to 15 years of progressive finance experience, focused on order-to-cash, accounts receivable and credit control in a multinational setting
• Proven leadership of global finance operations, shared services or process ownership, including cross-cultural teams

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics, including workflow automation and process integration
• Demonstrated expertise in finance transformation projects, process reengineering and shared service optimisation
