Global Program Engineer Manager - Data Centers

About the role

Eaton is expanding its Global Data Center segment in Dubai and seeks a senior leader to drive post‑order operations for strategic hyperscale accounts. The role will ensure seamless execution across regions, aligning commercial commitments with delivery capabilities while supporting the company’s sustainability and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the global post‑order Center of Excellence operational lead for assigned hyperscale strategic accounts.
• Serve as the primary operations interface between Eaton and hyperscale customers after contract award, ensuring consistent execution models worldwide.
• Drive adoption of standardized global execution models, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks.
• Lead cross‑regional operating reviews focused on schedule, quality, risk, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish performance visibility through dashboards, metrics, and structured reporting.
• Proactively identify delivery, capacity, quality, and schedule risks and lead mitigation plans and escalations.
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Services, and regional delivery teams.
• Influence outcomes in a highly matrixed global environment without direct line authority.
• Support alignment between Global Account Management, regional sales teams, and post‑order functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global program or engineering initiatives for large‑scale customers.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple regions.
• Excellent risk‑management and issue‑resolution skills.
• Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of data‑center operations, sustainability, and high‑performance engineering.
