Governance Officer – Legal, Governance & Compliance

About the role

ADNOC Global Trading Ltd. is seeking an ambitious and motivated Governance Officer to join its Legal, Governance & Compliance team in Abu Dhabi. The role will support board and committee activities across the AGT Group, delivering best‑in‑class company secretarial services.

Key responsibilities

• Attend Board and Board committee meetings and prepare draft minutes, resolutions and related communications.
• Maintain comprehensive records of meetings, presentations, reports, decisions and resolutions.
• Handle correspondence and administrative tasks linked to Board and Committee meetings.
• Draft written resolutions of the Board and Shareholders and manage related correspondence.
• Maintain statutory registers such as directors and beneficial owners for the AGT Group.
• Drive automation of company secretarial processes, including rollout of electronic meeting‑management systems.
• Stay updated on corporate governance regulations and best practices.
