About the role
We are looking for a highly professional and discreet Governess to join a VVIP family in Dubai. This role offers the chance to support children’s academic excellence while ensuring a structured, refined household environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide academic support aligned with international curricula such as British, IB, and American programs.
- Develop and maintain structured daily routines and behavioral guidance.
- Teach international etiquette and social refinement.
- Coordinate enrichment activities, extracurricular programs, and travel logistics to ensure continuity of education.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- 5‑10 years of relevant experience, preferably with VVIP or ultra‑high‑net‑worth families.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated high level of discretion, professionalism, and commitment to child development.
