About the role

Noon is launching a Graduate AI & Software Engineering Program for UAE nationals. This full‑time, onsite program is designed for recent graduates who want to start a career in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies within a fast‑growing e‑commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Join an engineering team and contribute to real projects that serve millions of customers across the Middle East.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the creation of AI‑driven products and automation initiatives.
• Learn and apply modern software engineering practices, development frameworks, and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Data, and Engineering.

Required profile

• UAE national (Family Book required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, software engineering, or emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Basic programming knowledge in Java.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python.
• Basic programming knowledge in C++.
• Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript.
