Graduate Engineer – Multidiscipline (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Process/Instrumentation)

About the role

Penspen is seeking fresh engineering graduates to join its Abu Dhabi office as Multidiscipline Graduate Engineers. The role offers a structured training programme that introduces graduates to the fundamentals of engineering practice across mechanical, civil, electrical, process and instrumentation & control disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the engineering team on project tasks and internal business activities.
• Learn and apply basic engineering principles and design methodologies.
• Familiarise with international codes, standards and engineering practices.
• Participate in the design process from concept through to detailed design.
• Prepare non‑critical engineering design documents and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Process, or Instrumentation & Control engineering.
• Strong learning mindset and willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
• Basic understanding of engineering processes.

• Knowledge of basic engineering processes.
