Graduate Marketing Program – Emirati Talent

About the role

This 18‑month graduate programme is designed for Emirati talent to develop a solid foundation in marketing within the shopping‑mall sector. You will rotate through generalist support functions and then focus on a specialised marketing placement, gaining hands‑on experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a six‑month generalist rotation across support and business areas.
• Undertake a twelve‑month specialised placement in the Marketing department.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations and project management tasks.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on business challenges.
• Participate in development programmes, training sessions and workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Recent graduate (2024 onward) with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Good organisational, prioritising and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
