Graduate Trainee – Engineering & Science (UAE Nationals)

About the role

ADNOC Group is offering a Graduate Trainee program for engineering and science graduates who are UAE nationals. The program provides structured training and development to prepare participants for potential permanent roles within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fresh graduates the opportunity to develop skills and expertise while working as trainees.
• Participate in competency assessments and performance reviews during the program.
• Support the transition from trainee to employee and gain exposure to ADNOC Group culture.
• Gain real‑life work experience and on‑the‑job training across engineering and science disciplines.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Medical fitness for the work environment.
• Government clearances, including a certificate of good conduct.
• Successful completion of all entry assessments and interviews.
• Completion of National Service, unless exempted by UAE law.
