About the role
This graduate trainee programme is designed for recent civil engineering graduates who want to develop a career with a leading developer in the UAE. Participants will rotate through several departments, gaining insight into the business and preparing for placement on major construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training programme covering multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams on ongoing projects.
- Apply academic knowledge to real‑world construction challenges.
- After training, be assigned to a specific department to contribute to major client projects.
Required profile
- UAE national with a valid family book.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MSc is a plus).
- Graduated within the last two years with some internship experience.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
