Graphic Designer – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content that reflects its luxury brand and supports marketing, membership, events, and business objectives. The role involves designing for both digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print media.
• Create marketing materials for memberships, events, equestrian programmes, hospitality, and private functions.
• Design social media graphics, digital advertisements, email campaigns, newsletters, and website assets.
• Produce brochures, flyers, invitations, menus, presentations, signage, and promotional materials.
• Maintain consistent use of the Royal Stables’ brand identity, guidelines, colours, typography, and tone.
• Collaborate with marketing, membership, sales, hospitality, equestrian, and events teams.
• Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into effective visual communications.
• Prepare artwork and files for digital publishing and professional printing.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
• Assist with photography and videography direction, image selection, editing, and post‑production.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and creative requests efficiently.
• Maintain organised libraries of brand assets, templates, images, and design files.
