Graphic Designer – Marketing Team (Dubai)

About the role

Vantage, a global multi‑asset CFD broker, is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team in Dubai. You will craft visual assets for both digital and print channels, leveraging AI‑powered tools to boost productivity and maintain brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media posts, web banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, event branding, and promotional merchandise.
• Produce high‑quality static graphics and video content for digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop concepts and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to deliver compelling campaigns.
• Edit and retouch images, illustrations, videos, and other marketing materials.
• Utilize AI‑powered design tools to generate concepts, enhance images, automate repetitive tasks, and improve workflow while ensuring originality.
• Create visually appealing presentations and collateral for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and multimedia design work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
• Experience with AI‑powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar platforms.
• Skills in both static graphic design and video editing/content creation.
