Junior Designer

About the role

Goldstrom is looking for a Junior Designer to support the creative needs of its Group and its e‑commerce brand, Yalla Bullion. The role is hands‑on, detail‑oriented and involves working across digital and print projects while collaborating with multiple internal teams. It is based in Dubai and requires full‑time presence in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Produce sales and marketing collateral for both digital and print channels, including presentations, pitch decks and client‑facing documents.
• Create social media graphics, e‑commerce product assets and promotional materials for retail launches and campaigns.
• Develop event, academy and internal initiative assets, as well as merchandise and branded materials.
• Maintain organized design files, asset libraries and templates, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied.
• Work with external suppliers, printers and production vendors, preparing artwork for both digital and print production.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably covering both digital and print marketing.
• Degree, diploma or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Proactive, organised and reliable, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Eligible to work in Dubai.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus for regional marketing.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Figma and Canva.
• PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Strong layout, typography and visual hierarchy skills.
