Graphic Designer – Prime Residential

About the role

Knight Frank’s Prime Residential division is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create and deliver high‑quality visual communications across its property portfolio. You will work closely with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure all creative output reflects the brand’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, presentations and advertisements for property marketing.
• Create premium layouts that combine photography, floor plans, maps and copy.
• Develop digital assets for social media, web, email and paid campaigns, including basic motion graphics.
• Maintain brand consistency by applying Knight Frank guidelines and developing reusable templates.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork, liaise with printers and review proofs for quality.
• Design presentations, proposals and pitch materials for high‑net‑worth audiences.
• Interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong layout, typography and visual hierarchy skills.
• Solid knowledge of both print and digital production processes.
• Ability to manage briefs, meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
