Visual Merchandising Trainee (Emiratisation)

About the role

Join the Tryano store in Abu Dhabi as a Visual Merchandising Trainee and gain hands‑on experience bringing luxury brands to life. You will work across shop‑floor, stockroom and brand installations, turning campaign concepts into engaging in‑store experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily visual merchandising execution and maintain brand standards across the store.
• Prepare, organise and reposition merchandise on the shop floor with the team.
• Assist with displays, installations, podiums and marketing activations.
• Work across categories such as fashion, beauty, footwear and shop‑in‑shop concepts.
• Coordinate with external suppliers during installations and execution.
• Translate marketing campaign concepts into physical in‑store experiences.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Family Book.
• Interest or background in visual merchandising, fashion, interior or spatial design, or related creative fields.
• Strong proactive mindset, reliability and openness to feedback.
• Comfort working in a physically active environment, moving products and VM materials.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Commercial curiosity and desire to understand how VM supports customer experience and business performance.
