Graphic Designer – Retail

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a Graphic Designer to support its retail function across its portfolio of world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on creating compelling merchandise, signage and packaging that enhance the guest experience while maintaining brand consistency across licensed and intellectual‑property brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative product designs that balance aesthetics, functionality and brand cohesion for retail environments.
• Create visual mock‑ups and prototypes for merchandise, incorporating trend research and adhering to Miral’s brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research to inform design strategies and translate insights into high‑impact concepts.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising, retail teams and external partners to deliver cohesive design deliverables.
• Define technical and creative specifications to ensure production feasibility and design integrity.
• Design packaging solutions that reinforce brand identity while complying with licensing and IP guidelines.
• Ensure all graphical outputs align with attraction and event brand standards, delivering consistent storytelling.
• Partner with Visual Merchandise and Retail Merchandising teams to enforce uniform design standards.
