About the role
We are seeking an experienced Ground Support Safety Operator to join a large‑scale programme in Dubai. The role will oversee end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring that all works comply with international standards, project specifications and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities from design through to final handover.
- Review designs, drawings and technical specifications against project requirements.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, cost and schedule performance.
- Identify risks and technical issues, implementing practical solutions to minimise delays.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings and standards.
- Report progress, risks and key milestones to project management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 14 years of industry experience.
- At least 4 years in a comparable role on major projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, technical review and commissioning.
- Excellent understanding of international standards and local regulations.
