Group Financial Controller / Senior FP&A

About the role

Agilify Maritime, an offshoring specialist serving the maritime industry through a co-managed delivery model, is hiring a Group Financial Controller / Senior FP&A professional. The role covers group budgeting, forecasting and financial monitoring, and is open to candidates based in the United Arab Emirates or India.

Key responsibilities

• Manage group budgeting, forecasting and ongoing financial monitoring to deliver actionable analytics and insights
• Deliver monthly management accounts and consolidated group reporting
• Execute multi-entity consolidations and validate underlying reporting schedules
• Review and reconcile the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital
• Carry out comprehensive project financial control, including revenue, direct and indirect costs, work-in-progress (WIP), project profitability, cost-to-complete and margin analysis

Required profile

• Strong background in group finance, FP&A or financial control, ideally with a maritime engineering and/or manufacturing background
• Proven experience in multi-entity and international environments
• Excellent analytical, modelling, problem-solving and accounting skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems
• A recognized qualification such as ACCA, SIMA, ACA or equivalent
