Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Sarwa is a fast‑growing fintech platform that helps people invest easily and affordably. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimise paid and lifecycle campaigns, experiment across channels, and drive acquisition, activation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other ad platforms.
• Lead lifecycle channels such as email, push and in‑app messaging, running A/B tests to boost activation and engagement.
• Collaborate with product, growth and creative teams to design, launch and iterate growth initiatives.
• Develop ad creatives and visual assets together with the creative team.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, preferably in a B2C startup.
• Proven track record of managing paid campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using attribution and analytics tools.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Interest in financial markets and Arabic language skills are a plus.
