Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The UAE‑based holding company is looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead the growth function across its diverse portfolio of businesses. You will own the end‑to‑end acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue optimisation strategy, working closely with senior leadership, portfolio companies and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans for corporate and portfolio initiatives based on customer journeys and business targets.
• Design and manage paid‑media strategies across search, social, display, video and programmatic channels, allocating budgets and setting performance rules.
• Build lifecycle marketing programmes covering onboarding, nurture, activation, cross‑sell and re‑engagement.
• Maintain a prioritized experimentation backlog and collaborate with product and creative teams to test and scale improvements.
• Own reporting on spend, CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion, revenue, retention and cohort performance; ensure tagging standards and attribution accuracy.
• Lead and develop internal performance‑media and CRM executives, and manage agencies, platforms and vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing within a multi‑brand or portfolio environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with senior executives and external advisors.
• Track record of building and scaling marketing processes, standards and teams.
