Ecommerce Copywriter Intern

About the role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Copywriter Intern to support SQUATWOLF’s Ecommerce, CRM and marketing channels. This role offers hands‑on experience in product and campaign copywriting within a fast‑paced online retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain product detail page (PDP) copy for new launches and collections.
• Update onsite copy across the homepage, collections, landing pages and campaign assets.
• Create CRM content for email campaigns, push notifications and WhatsApp messages.
• Develop paid‑media copy for Meta, Google and other digital advertising platforms.
• Ensure consistency of SQUATWOLF’s tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.
• Proofread, QA and review content for the site, app and CRM channels.
• Coordinate Arabic translation and perform content QA when required.
• Research competitor activity, ecommerce trends and best practices in fitness and apparel.
• Assist with SEO content creation and blog support as needed.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Performance Marketing and Creative teams on campaign execution.

Required profile

• Passion for fitness, sport or training culture.
• Strong enthusiasm for writing, ecommerce and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English with high attention to detail.
• Creative mindset focused on brand storytelling and customer communication.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of ecommerce, CRM or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, MoEngage or other CMS platforms.
• Interest in paid social, SEO or performance marketing.
• Experience using AI tools or content creation platforms (advantageous).
