Guest Experience Agent (Russian Speaking) - Front Desk

About the role

voco Dubai The Palm, part of the IHG family, is hiring a Russian-speaking Guest Experience Agent. As the frontline at the reception, you will deliver the hotel's "Reliably Different" service to every guest during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and attend to their requests and queries
• Take and relay messages, coordinate mail and small packages, and answer the telephone promptly
• Review incoming reservations, check room availability and special blocks, and resolve reservation traces
• Register guests accurately, close accounts at check-out and negotiate compromises when needed
• Control room keys strictly and update the computer system for check-outs
• Follow hotel rules, use the PMS and other front office equipment responsibly, and keep an accurate filing system
• Be familiar with hotel services, offers and facilities and their opening hours

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience as a Front Desk Associate
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Russian speaking
• Physically agile, able to stand for long periods, and available for shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Naturally outgoing, friendly and a team player with a flexible attitude

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Opera system
• Excellent communication skills
