Guest Experience Expert - Arabic Speaker

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert at Aloft Hotels in Dubai, you will be the front‑line ambassador who creates memorable moments for our guests throughout their stay. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for Arabic‑speaking individuals who enjoy interacting with people and delivering personalized service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out assistance to handling special requests.
• Process operational tasks, complete reports, and share local area highlights with guests.
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding confidentiality.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication at all times.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Fluent Arabic speaking ability.
• No prior hospitality experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and meet the physical demands of the role.
